Refund Policy

Last updated: September 2026

You can preview your letter before paying, so you always know what you are buying. If the service failed to deliver what you paid for, we refund it.

We refund when

  • You were charged but the letter never unlocked or was never delivered.
  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • The service was broken or unavailable at the time you paid.
  • The output was unusable — for example, empty, truncated, or plainly unrelated to the platform and situation you described.

We cannot refund for

  • The platform's decision. If you sent the letter and the platform still declined to reinstate your account, that is not a service failure. Preview and pricing make clear that no outcome is guaranteed, and no honest service can promise one.
  • Changing your mind after unlocking, since the full letter is delivered immediately on payment and you previewed it beforehand.
  • Facts you supplied. The letter is generated from your account of events. If those were inaccurate or incomplete, the letter will reflect that.

Subscriptions

Pro renews monthly. You can cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not pro-rate partial months, but if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and have not used that period, contact us and we will refund it.

How to request a refund

Contact us at the address listed on our Google Play Store listing within 30 days of the charge. Include the email address used at checkout and the approximate date and amount. We aim to respond within a few business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Purchases through Google Play

If you purchased through the Google Play Store, Google's refund process applies in addition to this policy, and refunds for those purchases are generally handled through your Google Play account.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your own country. Where those rights are broader than this policy, they apply.
